Roles & Responsibilities

•            Source and procure electrical materials, components, and equipment

•            Obtainquotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

•            Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order status

•            Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery

•            Monitor inventory levels and ensure cost-effective purchasing

•            Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedure

•            Perform any adhoc tasks as assigned by the management or Procurement Manager

Job Requirements

              2 – 4 years of purchasing experience, preferably in electrical or construction industry

•            Knowledge of electrical materials and components is an advantage

•            Strong negotiation and communication skills

•            Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

•            Organised and able to work independently
